1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the product is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We offer return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • Wrong product is delivered.

  • Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product is unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

Replacement Process:

  • If eligible, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund.

  • We will inspect the returned product before initiating the replacement.

Return Pickup:

  • We offer reverse pickup in eligible locations.

  • In case your area is not serviceable, you can ship the product back. We will reimburse shipping charges up to ₹70.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be provided in the following scenarios:

  • Cancellation before dispatch.

  • Returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from approval.

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method (Card/UPI/Net Banking).

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Used, damaged, or misused products.

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
